Damayanti tells Veera at the beginning of the episode Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum on May 11, 2023, that she has decided to announce Shivendra’s marriage to Swatilekha because she is aware that Shivendra will not refuse her.
Damayanti claims that she will make use of Shivendra’s promise to give her whatever she wants for her birthday.
In the mean time, Shivendra drives Surili back home and the sun sets before they arrive at Mumbai.
Shivendra drops Surili off in front of her cafe and tells her he’ll keep coming back for the delicious coffee, making Surili smile gently.
However, Monty appears out of nowhere and begins threatening Surili about her efforts to imprison him as she begins to walk down the street.
Shivendra notices Monty choking Surili while he is drunk and rushes to stop him from hurting Surili.
Monty is further enraged when Shivendra tries to push him away from Surili and asks him what he is trying to do. Shivendra then stabs Monty with a knife.
While Surili screams his name in an anxious state, Shivendra squints in pain as blood drips down his stomach.
