The 18th May 2023 episode of Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum opens with Damayanti becoming enraged upon learning that Shivendra had spoken to Surili.
Damayanti tells Swatilekha to relax because she will speak with Shivendra and ask him to get rid of that girl because she believes she does not deserve to be close to Shivendra. Damayanti tells Swatilekha to calm down.
In the meantime, Surili returns and meets Sasha, who asks her why she left so quickly.
After telling Sasha that Shivendra has awoken from his unconscious state, which has relieved Surili greatly, she laughs happily.
Sasha is shocked when Surili accidentally reveals that she went to sing a song for Shivendra while discussing their conversation.
Sasha gives Surili a hug and tells her that Shivendra has a special quality that helped her sing again after so many years.
Surili blushes a little when she hears Sasha and tells her not to talk trash.
Damayanti, on the other hand, approaches Shivendra and demands that he refrain from speaking with that city girl ever again.
However, Shivendra tells Damayanti that he will do whatever his heart tells him to do this time and refuses to listen to her.
Will Shivendra once more return to Surili?
