Preeta and Karan make the decision to spend the night in Manali with Rishabh, Shrishti, and Sameer in the first episode of Kundali Bhagya, which airs on March 5, 2023.
Rishabh tells Karan that he would have died if anything had happened to him today because he can’t bear to lose him again.
Later, in their bedroom, Karan looks at Preeta with desire and poetically tells her that the entire universe works together to fulfill someone’s genuine wish for something.
Preeta gives him a generous smile before giving him a firm hug.
After a few months, Preeta discovers she is expecting twins and is rushed to the hospital as soon as her labor pains begin.
Preeta is assured that everything will be fine by Karan and the rest of the Luthras.
Karan tells Preeta he loves her as she is taken to the occupational therapist.
In the interim, while Karan is passing the ICU, she spots Anjali and rushes inside to inquire about her condition.
Karan is informed by Nidhi, who enters the room, that Anjali was involved in an accident a number of months ago and has been in a coma ever since.
Will Anjali awaken from her coma thanks to Karan’s presence and voice?
