The first scene of the Kundali Bhagya episode that aired on March 6, 2023, shows Karan admiring Preeta as she holds one baby and shows love to another in the nurse’s arms.
She then turns her face toward Karan, and both of their eyes are filled with happy tears.
Karan comes to Preeta after a while and holds another baby like he were holding delicate porcelain.
She expresses her gratitude to Preeta for the beautiful gift of fatherhood once more and for suffering so much.
Preeta also tells him that she used to cry at Kavya’s plight because she did not have him by her side at the time of Kavya’s birth because she so desired to share this moment with him.
She wipes away her tears and tells Karan, jokingly, that night shifts are his to share and that she is glad he is back.
Just at that moment, each member of the family steps in and warmly embraces Preeta and the children.
Meanwhile, Anjali feels as though she heard Arjun’s voice when Nidhi was not present when she suddenly awakens.
