Kundali Bhagya 7th March 2023 episode starts with Karan thanking the doctor along with Preeta who cuddles her newborn babies in her arm.
The doctor asks the Luthra family members to go out since babies are very fragile and might catch infections.
After shooing the celebrating Luthra’s, the doctor tells Karan and Preeta that she has to take their baby boy twins and keep them under observation.
Both Karan and Preeta accompany the doctor to the observatory room while Anjali is just there and hears Arjun’s voice nearby.
She quickly hides behind a wall as she sees Preeta following the doctor and keeping her babies in the bassinet.
Anjali’s eyes widen in shock as she realizes that Preeta has birthed twins.
However, when Preeta exits the observatory room, she feels as if somebody is following her but Anjali cleverly hides.
